Craft: Elf Hats inspired by Welcome to 2nd Grade Pad
Need: Green and tan craft paper, cotton balls (small ones are best) glue stick and stapler.
- Prior to storytime, (using blog for inspiration) Susan cut out 2 ears per child.
- At craft time, we asked the kiddos to glue their cotton balls to the edge of the paper.
- After that we measured their heads, "folded" and stapled.
- Then we added the ears -- glueing and taping to secure.
